Mend Peugeot Partner Fault Lights

Auto electrical fault?

Resentely i bypassed my emobliser on a peugeot partner. Would that have caused my lights / wipers / heater / dash lights / guages to stop working. Their was three wires on the solenoid i took off all same colour I have it wired now to a ign feed works ok bar the above broblems any help thanks in advance john
