Mend BT Studio 4500 Bt Cordless Phones

bt studio 4500 twin set cordless phones ?

my phones have recently stopped ringing in. All i get is a short sound and thats it. I have lost dialling tone but the comes back. When i make a call the line is fuzzy. Any suggestions?? Have i knocked something off the system? I cant find the manual and i cant find one online either. Help!
