Mend Honda GCV520 Start Jump Flat

Honda GCV520 on a Countax 600H wont start after jump start/wrong polarity?

Honda GCV520 on a Countax 600H lawnmower. Flat Battery. Jump start attempt. Wrong polarity. Ignition fuse blown. When I touch a new fuse in in slot 2 (ignition), starter motor flicks, headlights flash, dash panel indicator lights stay off all with ign switch off. I think I've fried the ECU.
