BEKO WMA1715S Thermostat Issues or not?

Hi,

My BEKO WMA1715S washing machine cooks my clothes even at low temperature cycles. It has ruined lots of clothes, it is clear that it is overheating the water. So...
I pulled out the thermostat and tested it in different water temperatures. It's resistance changed when i changed the water temperature, volts and amps didn't change significantly.

Do you think the thermostat is to blame for this or the washing machine's electronics?
