Mend Beko 520W Washing Machine Running

Beko 520W Temperature is too high, help?

My washing machine doesn't seem to be running on the right temperature, it seems to shrink all my clothes, even when I wash it on a 30 or 40.

Any help would be appreciate, I can't afford to buy a new washing machine and this one isn't very old!
