how can I reset my Fisher and Paykel washing machine ?

What was the damaged water hose you replaced & how was it damaged? Error code 49 means there is a fault with the cold inlet valve circuit. Can be caused by a faulty inlet valve or the wires going from the control box to the valve not plugged in properly or a fault on the main control board itself which would mean that a new control board will have to be fitted. It is not a simple reset & run problem. Beeping error 49 will not go away until the fault is found & corrected.
