As Devon Dave said take out dispenser drawer and thoroughly clean the conditioner section with hot water, you may have to use a cotton bud to remove any deposits of soap from the syphon tube. Next time you use conditioner, dilute it first before pouring it into the drawer.

The soap draw gets clogged up and works on a siphon principle take draw out and clean make sure you take the softener piece out to clean if that does not work, the solenoid could have gone open circuit
