Mend Bosch Classixx 1200 Washing Machine Spin Cycle

Bosch Classixx 1200 - softener?

We have a 4 yr old Bosch Classixx 1200 front loading washing machine. On 4 out of 5 wash/rinse/spin cycles the softener is still in the tray at the end. We've tried cleaning the tray out, it's pristine. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Fabric conditioner is taken from the detergent tray by siphon action. Most likely flexible siphon pipe is blocked. Remove machine top, identify the pipe coming from the softener compartment, detach and clean.
