Mend Bosch Logixx 8 Washing Machine Cleaning

How can I fix my Bosch Logixx 8 washine machine?

Hello, I have a Bosch Logixx 8 washine machine, had it about 2 years now. I took the tray out to clean (strange that they get so dirty really!!) put it back in, put a load of washing in the machine, put some liquid in a plastic pot with the washing & put some softener in the tray. Unfortunately the load didn't take any of the softener - can you please help me?

they take the conditioner by syphon effect, i would suggest to take out the soap dispenser again lift up the top section in conditioner section and make sure the drain hole is clear and on the part that lifts up that has to be clean also
