Mend Bosch Classixx 1200S Express Washing Machine Repair

how can i fix my washing machine, bosch, classixx, 1200s express?

my bosch washing machine, classixx will not take the fabric softener from the drawer into the washer, although it will take the washing liquid from either side. please help

Did you clean out the syphon tube in the drawer with a cotton bud, as this can have a build up of solidified softener. If you have done this all I can suggest is next time you add softener, dilute it first before adding it in the drawer.
