Mend Electrolux ER8034I Wrong Fine Changed

What could be wrong with fridge?

My Electrolux Fridge/Freezer ER8034I-fridge not getting cold freezer fine.
Have changed thermostat no change-told I have a blockage in the gas to the fridge and my be u/s.
can anyone make a suggestion as to whether it could be the defrost timer or whether there is a solenoid valve controlling the gas to the fridge or maybe other sensors or reasons.
