You need to clear it by ARMING the system then DISARMING it as soon as the EXIT DELAY starts.

You really need to get hold of the manual,its not the easiest alarm panel to navigate from a users point of view.

As for the "memory" its telling you there was an event. Press OK and it will tell you what has happened.
Set the system and then disarm it and it should clear.
