I've had the tv for about 3 months from new. Today the picture suddenly changed so that it is very bright and unclear. The sound is still fine and i have tried to go through the settings and retune the tv but nothing has worked. Any idea's what is wrong or shall i try to take it back to the shop?
Take it to your local recycle dump, then go to your local richer sounds and get a proper telly....

Take it back, stand your ground and don't leave until they have agreed to 'correct' it FREE of charge. Don't watch it- you will damage your eyes.......
