Mend Electrolux ER7826B Fridge Food Cold

what is causing ice to build up on back of fridge and freeze food?

electrolux fridge freezer er7826b fridge too cold but freezer ok. big ice build up on back wall , doesnt sound like fridge/freezer ever switches off and odd wave like sound coming from middle back continuously. what is wrong and can i fix it?

hi,i take it the motor at back of fridge is working ok and the grill on back of fridge is warm.? make sure thermostat in fridge is around 3 or 4 and theres a drain hole inside of fridge compartment at the back /bottom. make sure this is not blocked with ice . if it is you will need to defrost completely. hope this helps .

could be a gas issue causing it not to get cold where the thermostat is and then go in to overdrive and freeze.air getting in could also cause ice formations
