Mend Zanussi ZCM611 Replace Fan Please

How do I replace the oven fan motor in Zanussi ZCM611 please?

I think that the fan motor has died, recently it started to come in late and then stopped altogether. I have a new motor but am unsure how to replace the old one without eletrocuting myself or shorting out the whole oven. Any help please? Of course I'll turn off the electrics before messing about with it.
