Mend Baumatic Fan Oven Replacing

Fan element for Baumatic oven - replacing?

My Baumatic oven has two elements situated at the top of the cooker. I thought one of these was for the grill setting and one to heat the oven, but have now been advised that the fan uses a separate element. Can anyone tell me which element is which and how to replace the fan one, please?
