first thing is saftey, have all the power off going to that cooker, next take a photo of the wireing going to the element, the 3 wires, they should be push on clips on the end of the wires going to the element, you pull them off with a plyers. just look at the photo when your putting them back , so you know were they go, there should be two screws holding the element to the body of the oven, unscrew them and the element will drop out, take the element to the store and get a new one the same shape and size and power rateing as the old one, and just put it back in as the old one came out, use the photo to help you with the 2 or 3 wires, not a hard job the do , if you can get to the element and the wires and screws, thak your time and have all the power off going to that cooker when working on it,
