Bobbin threat placement ?

I am just getting back to sewing and changed the bobbin and now having a hard time with the top threat being pulled up instead of the bobbin thread. I am not sure that I have placed the bobbin threat in the right place to be pulled up.

Make sure you have the needle in the correct way round, that is the most common cause for not picking the thread up.
