Can I convert manual to automatic trans mission?

Hi I have 2 nissan Micra 1L can I convert them from manual to automatics as I am having severe knee problems? thank you

This is really not viable, but if you wish to keep your car then you could have an 'Autoclutch' fitted. This keeps the manual box and just does the clutch work for you.
