gledhill boilermate II heating on all the time!!!!?

my boilermate II heating just came on last night and wont switch off even with timer off. Any ideas?????????

Seems to be letting by heating valve. Usually due to port been held open supply from faulty ACB, or under extreme circumstances, scale in valve port.
