Mend Potterton EP2001 Central Heating Control Panel

Potterton ep2001?

Hi we seem to have a problem with our control panel, all the lights are on, and the hot water is currently set on timer and is working fine, but no matter what buttons we press, we can't change any time settings or put the central heating on, it seems as if the buttons have just stopped working, any ideas on what is wrong

The panel (potterton EP2001) just suddenly stopped working. The panel is showing CH and HW in red but can't do anything else on the panel? Help!

its means the security lock is on it is switched on ... Switch off the main supply and remove the front panel (refer to the guide to help remove the panel) you will notice 2 little black switches at the back...the one on your right is the security lock...slide it upwards and put the panel back in. Switch the mains on and that will solve your problem
