how to change the tax rate on er-4940?

1) Turn the key to the P position.
2) Enter the desired tax rate as a percent with the decimal point and three decimal digits. Ex. 6% would be entered as 6.000, 8.5% as 8.500, etc.
3) Enter a 0 for add-on tax, a 2 for VAT tax.
4) Enter a 0. At this point, you should have the tax rate followed by two additional digits on the display. Ex. For an add-on tax of 8.5% you should have 8.50000 on the display. For a VAT rate of 11%, you should have 11.00020 on the display.
5) Press the TAX 1 SHIFT key to set tax rate 1 OR press the TAX 2 SHIFT key to set tax rate 2.
