sequence error?

my cash register has a error message PNA how do i fix this on a sam4s cash machine

You have performed an incorrect operation.
An initial clear should jump you back to REG without data loss:

Turn key to P mode.
Turn power off at wall
Hold SUBTOTAL (SBTL) button down
Turn power on at wall
Wait for print out
Let go of SUBTOTAL
Turn key back to REG mode
