Mend Hotpoint EW95 Oven Cooker Repair

How can I fix my Hotpoint EW95 Halogen Double Oven?

The element on the main oven died. When I replaced it with a new one, it did not come on nor did the fan and smaller oven which worked before. The grill and the top of the cooker are still working, so what do I need to look for and replace to get the two ovens and the fan to work again?
