Headlights and tailights not working, aprilia, sr50?

Hi I have ay aprilia sr 50 r 2006 my head lights are not working or tail light but when brakes applied the rear light works indicators we fine along with horn were fine the rear bulb went replaced that ????? There is a connection on back off head light yellow and blue I think but nothing for it to go in really stuck thanks

At the moment all I've checked is the light switch on the handlebars and there is no power there and looking at the only wiring diagram I can get hold of, the 12v comes from the battery, through the regulator to the switch and then the lights, which made me suspect the regulator. Not sure about the charging rate. Many thanks for the help.

do you have power there? the lights should only come on when the bike runs as they work off a/c thats why they go brighter when you rev it, you might want to check all the feeds and wiring first or even give the lights a 12v feed yourself and work backwards. what is your charging rate?
