hi i am looking to buy a new wiring loom for my aec400 unit but im struggling i was wandering if the aci100 was the same my bike is speedfighter 100cc 1999 model
No mate the aci 100 is completly differant to the aec 400.Has differant plug for cdi would be a bit of a mess about to swap plugs and find the right wires but I have the aci100 version and this is what the 5 wires go to from cdi. Green/htcoil. yellow with black line/htcoil. Yellow with blue line/altinator. Red ignition wire. Black ignition wire. The 6th blue wire is just for the flashing light on the dash. Please note the aci100 wiring loom has only 2 ignition wires red and black wich go together when ignition is on.and don't no how many the aec 400 has but if there's only2 it should be ok.
