Mend Renault Midlum 220dci Brakes Problem Braking

Renault Midlum 220dci brakes?

We have a problem with the braking system, the gauge fluctuates between 9 and 11 & half then on the odd occasion dumps the air out of the system.
The air dryer and filter have been replacing as initially we suspected this.

i have a renault midlum 2002 and the oil pressure keeps dropping down to min and then the alarm goes off, it also uses water but i cant find any leaks and theres no water in the oil i have been to renault but they cant fix or dont want to can any one help me with any ideas how to fix many thanks william
