Mend Kenmore 11026912690 Model Washing Machine Spin

How can I fix my Kenmore 90 (Model #11026912690)?

The washing machine vibrates excessively during the spin cycles and brakes loudly. (not sure if 2 separate issues or even if the loud braking is a problem). The excessive vibrating is definitely related to off balance despite the fact that I lift the back of the washing machine each time to balance it. It moves all over the floor.

Hello,

I would open the washer cabinet and check out the 4 suspension springs that hold down the washer. Maybe one has fallen off or broken. Also check the condition of the 3 suspension pads that would also cause your problem.
