how long to change clutch on 2001 renault midlum?

We have just replaced a clutch and flywheel ring gear at Tonys Garage in Bolton on a Renault Midlum. I had hoped to find out how long others said it took so i knew how much labour to charge, probably not enough knowing my dad. We took the gearbox out on Monday, the parts arived Tuesday and we did other jobs in-between, so it is difficult to determine. I am estimating it took us about 5 hours. We had to jack the front end up quite a bit to wheel the gearbox back enough, the clutch and flywheel are heavy, very heavy! and make sure you mark the gear change, about fifty splines, get it wrong and it will take a lot longer than 5 hours.
