Karcher 1201 Vaporapid unit not heating water?

Karcher 1201 Vaporapid unit not heating water?
I use my Karcher steam cleaner with the iron attachment all the time and my steam unit is heating the iron but not heating the water to produce steam - I would be so lost without it can anyone offer any advice or suggest where or how I can get it repaired
