hi it haiden with the 5hp honda i have cleaned carbi and changed plug cleaned fuel tank cleaned air filter everything i can think off.took carbi bowl off where the float is and fuel is running though like a dream

Has to be fuel starvation, clean fuel line, remove float bowl and clean jets

try removing air filter & start it with out this on & see if it runs better
