Mend Domestic Boiler Central

Radiaters heat up when domestic supply is running?

The boiler only heats the domestic hot water if the central heating is switched on, if the heating is switched off and domestic hot water supply is running the radiater will heat up. Does any know whats causing this and how to fix it
