Mend GE WSXH208 Washing Machine Motor Spin Cycle

My GE WSXH208 doesn't spin in the spin cycle?

My GE WSXH208 doesn't spin in the spin cycl; the motor just seems to 'grind.' It sounds like a crackling sound. Any ideas?
