"I actually downloaded the Windows Install Clean Up program to try to solve more pressing issues. The clean Up program uninstalled SQLServer Express Edition that I had installed which is when the problem started, so there wasn't anything to uninstall at this point. I just reinstalled it based on an MSDN forum post and it solved my problem". You can get the free redistributable here:

This was an answer I found on the web which may or may not be relevant to your problem, so dont know if it will work for you....it could need someone with more knowledge on this....thought it may be worth a try with the windows clean up software if its still available for download ?????
