cleaned the filter cleared the hoses want to do the big spin but wont goes for three seconds then stop washing machine ecs model no gw52k serial no 58159 ecs kelvinator

Sounds like the filter is blocked. This will stop the pump expelling the water & thus not spinning because it can see water in the drum. Clean the filter about every fortnight.
