my wm has stopped working the wash and spin light is on but the machine is not doing anythink clothes still in water got door open to get clothes out how do i empty remaining water
scoop water out of the drum until it goes below the stainless inner drum.remove bottom plinth and use the drain tube if fitted or put a large towel down and pull the filter out.look inside the filter housing once the filter has been removed and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely
