Mend Danfoss Help Central Heating Please

Help with central heating wiring please?

Have just fitted a Danfoss actuator in airing cupboard and a new digital thermostat in the hall. Problem is that even when the heating is switched off at the control panel by boiler, the heating is being turned on and off by the temp sensor on the thermostat. Confused?? Me too!!! Any help would be gratefully received.

you must be feeding the wall stat with a perm live and not the live from the programmer ch on wire.
