radiators?

kitchen radiators working also hallway[these r nearest to boiler] but l/room bedrooms and bathroom r lukewarm i have danfloss radiators and i have tried them on all different settings t no avail.also the single pipe on opposite end of the radiator how far should that be open or closed? many thanks for any help
