Mend Strong PVR-9200T Press Button Time

how can I fix my PVR-9200T?

When press the Guide button, it seems to take a long time for all the channels to 'fill up' with programmes, it shows just empty boxes. Anyone any ideas? It is particularly annoying when trying to set up recording lots of programmes!
