Mend Optimax XM6 Reset Code Alarm Moved House Manual

How do I reset the codes on my optimax xm6?

We were never given the code to our Optimax XM6 alarm when we moved into our new house and ther is no manual. Can anybody explain how to reset it and create a new code?? Does any one have any idea where we can get a manual?
