This fault is a communication error between the display PCB and the main controller PCB. If turning power off at wall for several minutes then power back on does not get rid of the fault then it could be expensive to repair. Usually replacing the main control PCB will fix it but if it doesn't then replace the display PCB. May be cheaper to get someone in who will have spare boards to use as a test rather than wasting money buying them yourself.
