Mend Peugeot 406 Car Diesel Changed

my car?

my t reg peugeot 406 diesel seems to be using a lot of fuel, iv changed all the filters, and its made no difference, any ideas?

Hello ive seen several of these cars using lots of fuel and blowing out smoke from the exhaust they,ve all had the same problem,the timing belt had slipped and te timing was out slightly.
