the gear that moves the dvd in and out is broken ?

i have an Insignia NS-M10OHD player anr the gear thet moves the plate up and down that holds the dvd in place has broken...how do i get another one or where can i get it replaced in the HOLLYWOOD FL. area...or a replacement dvd player to insert into the unit...the dvd player part number is DV9509-11060797170
