zwf1221 washing machine drum wont turn?

Can u help drum not tuning have tried the trouble shooting guide which states this is a common problem.It advices the way to check to see if belt has come off is to try turning the drum by hand and if there is little resistance then this usually indicates belt has come off, however when I tried to turn by hand the drum not moving at all. Please help xx

Does sound like the belt has come off or broken, you will probably have to remove the back panel to gain access. Have a look at this website www.apart4u.co.uk, shows you a short video on how to carry out repairs on most appliances.
