Mend Digihome DG250DTRA08 Wrong Switch Lights

What is wrong with my digihome dg250dtra08?

I can switch it on at the box but cant do anything with the remote, the lights on the remote show up and when i have done a camera ir test on the remote that is fine. however it isnt getting picked up by the box, any help?
