Hi, I've got a similar issue with this machine when the program 4 is running it's stopping in the middle, full of soapy water and I can't restart. The door alert is on, so the only option was to drain it by the bottom pipe because it wouldn't even accept a drain cycle. I checked the pump filter and it looks fine. I've done the sequence thing: Positions 1,11,12,13,14,15 give a sequence of all leds flashing after another. Positions 2 to 10 leds wash/rinses/spin/end/door are all on. Position 10, the led start-pause and the end one flash twice and then the end led flashes 6 times.
Could you shed some light on this pb?

ok i had the same problem, did the led sequence thing, start/pause and end light up, what is the problem?

turn the program selector to the off position
press and hold buttons in for rinse hold and start
whilst pressing these in still together turn the selector 1 position clockwise
wait for the leds to start sequencing
now let go of everything and watch leds sequence.
now rotate selector again 1 position clockwise.
each position up to position 9 will make machine do a test on that component
position ten will display fault code on the leds.working from top to bottom on the 8 leds make a note of which ones are on and off.post this info in a new post and I will take a look
