Mend Humax 9150T Time Recording Machine

Humax 9150T time shift recording not working?

the time shift recording facility suddenly stopped working on our machine.
We cannot pause or rewind the programe being viewed. If recorded its not a problem so the remote is working.
Does anyone have any idea what we can do to fix it.
