Mend Halstead Ace High Hot Water

Why don't I get hot water in my bathroom?

I have a halstead Ace High combi boiler in my kitchen which is downstairs at the back of my house. My bathroom is upstairs at the front of the house and the water is only luke warm. The rest of the taps throughout the house are very warm. What could be the problem?
