my rads off Halstead Ace High boiler are hot at top and cold at bottom how can I fix them ?

The rads will have a build up of sludge in the bottom of them. You can isolate the offending ones remove and flush through outside with a hose. When re-filling the system use a protector to help stop it re-occurring.
