Mend Low Hot Water Cold Pressure

low hot water pressure,high cold water pressure?

i have a header tank in the loft, about 2 foot away is a 1.5 bar water pump, when we turn on the switch to start the shower it trickles out, if we turn the temperature down to cold it pumps out beautifully, why does our hot water have low pressure? please help.

check the inlet filtter on the pump, it is not senseing the water is moving through the pump or might be the hydra state this sences the water movement
